Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in its original condition
  • with original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping, so returned items must meet the same standards.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If the item is returned due to reasons not related to a defect or error on our side, a handling/restocking fee may apply

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect

contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure about your item, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Items must still meet all return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note:

  • your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use may not be eligible for a refund
