Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times:
- Lithuania / Europe: ~2–7 business days
- International: ~5–14 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide.
Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped from Lithuania.
For orders shipped outside the EU:
- import duties, taxes, or other local charges may apply
- these fees are the responsibility of the customer
We do not control or cover these additional charges.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply
Delivery Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to:
- courier services
- customs processing
- peak seasons or holidays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Lost or Marked as Delivered Packages
All shipments include tracking.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- please contact the courier directly
- check with neighbors or household members
In such cases, responsibility lies with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- please contact us within 48 hours
- include clear photos of the damage
We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution.
